Accessibility

  • All audience areas of Newbridge Memo are Wheelchair Accessible via lift.

    Our main auditorium has 6 available wheelchair spaces located in the stalls with spaces for a companion.

    Our 2 x raised stages, dressing rooms and balcony are currently the only spaces not accessible with step free access.

    In case of lift breakdown, our Auditorium and Ballroom have alternative ramp access. Our foyer, coffee shop and Caerphilly Library are ground floor with ramp access. However, if in the case that both lifts breakdown, our Function room and offices become inaccessible step free.

  • Newbridge Memo has two lifts to access the main auditorium, the ballroom and the function room.

  • Guide dogs are more than welcome inside Newbridge Memo.

    If you require more information or would like us to take care of your guide dog during your visit, please contact us within a week of your visit date.

    Free tickets are available for companions. You can become a part of the Hynt scheme for free here

  • Newbridge Memo does have a dedicated carpark owned by the venue.

    There is a small Council owned carpark which is free to use on our Meredith Terrace entrance with 1 disabled bay.

    There are multiple free small carparks throughout the village and a large free car park at Newbridge Train Station.
